The Worldchefs Congress -held in Thessaloniki from 24 -27 Sep 2016 is the attraction point of more than 600 delegates from all over the world. It is a unique opportunity to showcase Greece's cuisine, culture traditions and its chefs and to capture the interest of the international culinary community. At the premises of "TIF Helexpo" three major competitions will attract our attention and respect (Global Chef Challenge, Global Pastry Chef Challenge and Hans Bueschkens Young Chef Challenge). China is participating at the Global Chef Challenge with YUEN Chi Hin, Syeve. Among the invited delegations at the "Ioannis Velidis" congress center is the China Cuisine Association which will present the "Five Flavours of Chinese Cuisine" on Monday 26th Sep.
